Cyberlink Filters, LAV Filters and MPC Filters no longer supports Windows XP! So if you want to use the HD Pack in Windows XP then you need to download and install the KIT files which containing the latest XP-supported versions of these filters.( Update Kit For Win XP - x64 Kit For Win XP )

To activate Elecards codecs, you need to run the registrator.exe as administrator.(Right-click on it > run as administrator)

If x64 version of Cyberlink video decoder doesn't work, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable (x64) Package.(Win 7/8/10 includes this package contents by default)

HD Pack 2.7 with the latest Kit files have been tested on Win XP 64-bit (includes SP2 and latest updates), Win7 32-bit (includes SP1 and latest updates), Win8.1 64-bit (includes latest updates), Win10 64-bit (includes latest updates (v1703))

*Elecard AVC Video Decoder now has a good DXVA2 decoder, tested on latest version of PotPlayer, SmartDVB and DV with Nvidia GT430 card (301.42 driver installed) and it works very well.(Remember DXVA2 requires EVR renderer !)

To update HD Pack 2.7, put KIT files into Codec > Setup folder (you can reach this folder under startmenu) and run Install under startmenu.( On the first installation of HD Pack 2.7, you have to install it without Update.Kit if you are using LAV Audio Decoder ! (That is HD Pack 2.7's bug) )

Online Update: With this feature, official webpages of the filters will be checked ( CLVD x64 (its setup is too big), Elecard (its setup cannot be extracted), MPC (The update.Kit is enough for it) are not supported! ) and if there are new versions available, you can easily download and install them through HD Pack at anytime. (If HD Pack succeeded to extract the downloaded files)

After Installation you can easily check for updates using "Check For Updates" shortcut under startmenu.If you want to check for updates at windows startup automatically, check "Create a shortcut of Online Updater into Windows startup" option in options dialog.

If you don't want to check for updates of some filters, uncheck them in Custom Group Filter dialog and check "check for updates of the selected item(s) only" option in there.

Offline Update: To activate this feature, when new versions of the supported filters (So except CLVD x64, Elecard and MPC's setups) are available on DVB Support or somewhere else, download and put original setup files into EXE's (HDPack2.7.EXE) directory and then run the HD Pack.

Q.How can i install the latest HD Pack Update and x64 Kit files ?

A.Simply put the "EXE" ( HDPack2.6.EXE ) , "Update.Kit" and "x64.Kit" files into a folder and just run the EXE..Now to install them you can select the new versions of filters in components page like picture below..( Note: The x64.Kit will be active under x64 version of Windows naturally..)

A: In the HD Pack 2.4, there are no restrictions for the unregistered users..But from now on, registration will be required for all work of DVB Support..Because DVB Support is in danger of closing and your help needed to keep DVB Support alive! Currently you can register for $1,5 but next month this funny amount will be increased ! To register click on PayPal button in the setup..

A: Yes, its 100% legal (since the first version !) So the HD Pack does not contain an illegal materials!

A: When video is playing, go to filter menu of the program and click on Arsoft Video Decoder..Now in there if DXVA2.0 or DXVA1.0 has checked of course that means DXVA is in use..If one of others checked means DXVA is not using..Remember only EVR (in Vista or Seven !) will be active DXVA 2.0 feature..Others like WMR7, WMR9, Overlay render are using DXVA 1.0 feature..
